This negative outlook can affect our actions and decisions, and we might avoid taking risk or trying new things, because we are convinced they will fail.
To overcome this negative mindset, buddhism emphasizes on mindfulness.
Mindfulness involves paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and sensations, in the present moment without judgment.
By practicing mindfulness.
We can become more aware of our negative thought patterns, and learn to observe them, without getting consumed by them.
Buddhism also teaches us the importance of accepting things, as they are rather than resisting or trying to control them.
By accepting the presence of negative thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Complaining about things, beyond our control often.
We keep complaining about things that are not in our control.
This habit weakens our minds by diverting.

We can’t control is like holding a hot call
It only hurts us it makes us focus on problems.

We should accept life up and downs like dancing in rain.

What we can’t change stops us from complaining all the time.

What we can control like steering a boat in a storm.
We can’t control the weather.
But we can control the boat.

Letting go is also very important.
Letting go is like putting down a heavy bag of worries.

Blaming others for our problems often.
We start blaming others for our problems.
But this habit can really weakens our mind and steal our joy.

Worrying about, what others think and say about you.
It is like carrying around, a template of their opinions, on your head.
It can strip away your individuality and authenticity.
People will always have something to say about your actions. And if you constantly listen to them.
You will hinder your own progress. And mentally torment yourself.
By evaluating yourself through their lens.
It is as if you are sailing a boat. And constantly tossed around.
By every passing wave of criticism. Or praise.
However in buddhism the practice of equanimity.
Encourages us to stay balanced amidst.
The everchanging tides of others opinions. It is like standing firm on solid ground.
While the winds of criticism or praise blows around us.
We remain steady by practicing equanimity.
We don’t let praise inflate our egos or criticism deflate our spirits.
We develop resilience in the face of external judgments.
Judging ourselves solly based on others. Obedience is like seeing ourselves through their eyes. Not our own.
Buddhism emphasizes self-acceptance and authenticity.teaching us to recognize our inherent worth.
And embrace our unique qualities. This shields us from the impact of external judgments allowing us.
To navigate life. With confidence and inner strength.
